"This is not the company it once was. It was once the best. This company is now in total disarray. They must have sold the business from the original owners. I ordered some paper and they got the order wrong. I returned it. They said the refunded my money but never did. It has been months and I am just writing it off. They are unorganized and really don't care to get it right. I have now gone with Adorama and they great. Much better selection. A world of difference. I would never do business with Digital Art Supplies.com again"

"This company is a joke, a bad joke...

I ordered some rolls of paper from them because my normal supplier was out of stock on an item I needed, this is what I got

1) They spelled my company's name wrong

2) They sent it to a non-existing address - (*75 Sout Street instead of *76 South Street)

3) Their shipping dept. sent 44" x 40' Satin Canvas, even though the packing slip clearly states Matte Canvas

4) The shipping dept. place a reorder sticker over the "Satin Canvas" label on the box itself, so I was unaware it was the wrong item until I open the box

5) The sales person stated he would email me an invoice the day I order (Sept 2.), yet as of two days after receiving the items, I have still received no invoice

6) Because their so called Customer Service does not (by policy) answer the phone, they made me waste even more of my time by requiring me to state these issues in email form. Twenty-four hours later, I have yet to hear from their customer service.

7) I was unable to talk to any manager, superviser, or owner, because they were "at another location".

8) I informed them I would be writing this review if they failed to contact me by the end of the second business day. If you are reading this, then you know that the refuse to talk with clients when they make mistakes.

I don't think I have ever encountered a less professional operation then what I have dealt with in doing business with this company. Even the sales person who took the order would not help, insisting he was too busy making sales to be able to help out. A customer service department that sends an email with a phone number and extension on it, ( an email to notify me that they don't answer the phones in customer service) but does not answer, nor call a person back because they require a hard copy to pass around the office.
