"I ordered a Canon battery pack NB-6L OEM on 4/12/15 from Digital Clicks for $21.98 as a backup battery for a long trip. Two days later I received an email from Matt saying it was not in stock, even thought the order site said it was. He talked me into ordering a more expensive battery which he said was more powerful (at a price of $25.99 Bower XPDC6L). It did not live up to its promise as it was the only battery I had to replace during a day of shooting photos. My old Canon battery performed flawlessly. I called Matt twice, once right after my trip ended (last week in May) indicating I was not happy with the battery performance and that this particular battery is available on Amazon.com for $10 less including tax and shipping. He promised to at least refund me $10 to my credit card. This did not happen. I called Matt again on 6/10/15. He promised the refund would be out within the week. It is now 6/23/15 and I am still waiting for my refund. Called again today and was promised the same thing. I would not order anything from this company ever again. In addition to their "bait and switch tactics, they have not made the promised refund!

"On line order of Nikon EN-EL9 Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery for Nikon D40 and Nikon D40x SLR Digital Camera on 1/19/2015. Order was processed and I received online confirmation that day. 1/20/15 I received email saying the order was "temporarily backordered by the manufacturer. Your item(s) are expected back in stock within the next 3 -5 weeks." Two months go by and nothing. I respond to the backorder email saying I've waited two months and haven't received anything. Email wasn't answered. A week or so later I call. Person on the line tells me that these batteries come from Nikon and they only get a certain amount per shipment. He said they were fulfilling the orders in the order they were received and there were other people ahead of me on the list. He tried to sell me a substitute battery but I told him it had to be that exact battery from Nikon. He said expecting more in a couple of weeks and if my order could be filled then I would be sent an email. This was two months ago and I never heard back from them. It has been five months since the order was placed. I have tried to call them several times today and their phone just goes to voicemail. Their website lists the item I have been waiting for for six months for as IN STOCK. I have read reviews on the internet about this company and apparently other people have had this exact same problem: being sold something they then say they don't have and the person on the phone trying to give them a substitute. I filed a complaint with the FTC about this last week."

"I ordered 3 Canon LP-E6 batteries and two LC-E6 charger. First sign of trouble was that after I entered my CC number, the transaction wasn't debited immediately. I received an invoice saying that the order was being reviewed so, I have no order because it is being reviewed. That's stupid. Review what? I have seen these kind of operations before in which usually ends by the retailer trying to up sell you into something more expensive or telling you that this is an export product or some kind of BS like that. You either have or doesn't have the product but, after I enter my CC information that's a purchase transaction that should be honored and not wait for a stupid review or, should I say, I way to rip the consumer off with some form of switch and bait. If it is is too good to be true is probably is. BUYER BEWARE!!! I SMELL A RAT!!!"
"I Ordered 2 Olympus Batteries, BLN-1 and the LI-90B, both pictured as Olympus branded products, both items on web site listed as in stock with 1-2 day delivery. I Received email confirmation and waited for batteries, 5 days later an email requesting I call about order. When I called neither battery in stock, one 4 weeks backordered the other 1 week backordered, the customer service representative tried to persuade me to get 2 different batteries , which I declined. I picked these 2 specific batteries because they are the ones that came with my cameras and they were the batteries I wanted. I checked website after talking with customer service and both batteries listed as in stock? How is that possible. Sounds like a bait and switch to me. Buyer beware if the price sounds to good to be true then it is! Even though the customer service representative was very nice and cancelled my order, I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!"
