"I understand that buying an open box product has it's risks but it would have been nice to know of all the non-cosmetic defects before purchase. In my case the T60-RPs I ordered arrived on time however have an obvious right channel rattle when playing anything below about 100 ish Hz. "

"I ordered a 4 X 4 Carpeted Intellistage for Christmas 2018. I didn't open the box until the end of January. When I did open the box, the corner had been driven over by a forklift and the aluminum extruded edge was crushed preventing me from connecting the stage on two of the four sides.
After reviewing my pictures they explained they have an insurance policy but it takes some time to get a claim completed and they would keep me informed. I received a new Intellistage at the end of March. Happy to see they took care of me."
