"People need to be aware of this site I should have read reviews. People BEWARE the reviews are right donot order from this site. They are rude and they donot do what they say they are going to do. If you order there is a continuous run around about your order. I should have checked reviews. Donot trust these people I haven't received anything saying if was shipped. I am going to call my credit card company and dispute it with a feeling it is a scam. Buyers BEWARE. "

"I ordered a digital camera and 256MB memory card. The camera was delivered and it was not the model I ordered. The memory card was not included in the package. I made multiple attempts to contact Digital Delivered to complain and was put off each time. I never received the memory card I paid for. Don't buy from Digital Delivered!"

"Order Olympus C5000 8/30/04, which sales person told me would be shipped that day. On my credit card invoice I noticed they took out for the purchase, so I assumed it was on it's way, but I did not receive a shipping tracking number. That was the first item that caused me to wonder about the order. Then I called to find out what was happening, they told me the camera was dropped and they were waiting for a new shipment. Then when I called them again, they told me that the new order didn't come in yet and they had not idea when the camera would be shipped. I canceled the order when I couldn't reach the company by phone or pull them up on the internet. As far as I'm concerned this is a scam."

"After I had waited a few days and not gotten any shipping advice, I got back on the net and found several bad comments on Digital Delivered that they had apparently shipped refurbished cameras as new.

I called DD since I could not get any information from their website about my order other than a copy of the order. I was treated fairly rudely and given a FedEx tracking number and told to go check with Fedex.

I did do that and the camera was delivered on 8/25. However, the camera arrived in a brown box wrapped unprofessionally in bubble pack which made me wary. The camera looks fine and works fine but I contacted Kodak to verify that the camera is new and subject to the full warranty. They say that it is okay but don't know why it would not have been in a retail package.

I'm not sure what's going on with Digital Delivered but I don't think I would trust them and they certainly were not helpful and courteous.

"I purchased an advertised "new" Nikon Coolpix 4500 Digital Camera with 1 year Nikon warranty, and additional equipment along with an extended 5 year MACK warranty online from digitaldelivered.com. I reverified with them that this was in fact a NEW, not REFURBISHED camera before purchasing it. They sent me the camera without the warranties and I said I wouldn't authorize my credit card company to pay them until they did. They mailed the MACK warranty but I had to call them again 2 weeks later to send the 1 year New Nikon warranty. 8 months later the camera needed service and I sent it to Nikon Service Center where they informed me that the camera was a refurbished camera and that there was only a 3 month warranty on it. So, not only did they sell me something different than was misrepresented, they also sent me a fake Nikon 1 year warranty. When I contacted Digital Delivered regarding this they were very flippant and told me that I had use of the camera for 8 months and they couldn't possibly reimburse me for the one I had purchased. They verbally said they would send me a new one, whatever that means, but refused to put it in writing when I requested that. Buyer Beware - Digital Delivered are a bunch of crooks! "

"I bought a Canon A80 from this site. The prices on their site were excellent, better than any other site I could find at the time. It shipped a day quicker than I expected it too, but when I got the package there were problems. The box they shipped it in was not much bigger than the cameras box. Not to mention there was only about 20-25 packing peanuts inside. I picked the box up and things were shaking around inside. Of course the camera didn't work properly. Not to mention it looked like someone had owned the camera before me(dirt and grime around lettering on the camera). Plus, it took some teeth pulling to get a tracking number on the initial and return shipment. Do you trust someone who doesn't give you a tracking number for your shipment b/c they are too lazy to send an email? So now I can only ship the camera back to them ground shipping(4-5 days). When I paid for air shipping for the original shipment b/c I needed to use it. They would not help me out it any way for inconveniencing me(Not to mention being rude to me while I was trying to sort this out with them). Oh, other than they would ship the new one back to me 2nd day air, what I originally paid for.
So I got the camera back to me on May 3 after me shipping it back over a week ago. This camera looks like a totally different camera. New and shiny looking, no grime, plastic covering on everything. It even has the compact flash memory advertised with the camera in it! So yeah this place will not get anymore of my business. This just shows how shady their practices are. First I get a used(looking) damaged camera and then get a good one back..hmmmm....anyone smell fish?

PS. I ship $20,000 computer hardware everyday and never get things returned to me. I have been doing this for over 3 years now.

"Order a camera from these folks on 3/22. They said the camera was in stock. Later when I checked on the order, there was a problem with the cameras they had in stock and they were being returned to the mfg. Waited a week and checked status again. Was old it would be another 2 weeks. Canceled my order. They folks seemed like good people to do business with and they always answered my email inquired quickly. I would consider them for furture business needs."

"Absolutely disgusting service. I waited 3 weeks for my product. Instead of my product, I recieved a phone call. They did not explain the phone call, they just said there was a problem with my order.

I promptly returned the call, but recieved a machine. I left them my name and number, and I told them that incase the phone thing didn't work, it might be more efficient to use my email, and I left that. I waited another week and a half with nothing, and then recieved another call. Same guy, same message, same situation when I called back. I waited 2 months, went and found another supplier for my camera, went on vacation, came back, got another call. I called back and instead of getting a machine I got a snotty operator, who gave me a lot of attitude, and then told me that the guy I needed to talk to was out to lunch. They told me to call back in 20 minutes.

I called back exactly 20 minutes later, and was then told that he went home. After this I tried to cancel my order, but recieved more backtalk. 5 minutes later my order was cancelled.

I do not reccomend that anyone shop at this store, ever, and that the slight price drop isn't worth the hastle. You most likely won't even get your product anyway.

"I received my Olympus IS-50 QD camera promptly from Digital Delivered....Howver, the LCD screen on the refurbished camera was broken...Which was obviously not part of the product description....I called DD but they referred me to Olymus and the manufacturer..I ten called the manufacturer, they also refused to take any responsibility...I will now try and get the camera exchanged for another refurbished model...but frankly, who wants to spend 150$ just to have to send the product to be exchanged...definitely the last time I do business with DD...In addition, the company representative I had on the phone was rude and didn't care..."latest technology at the lowest prices"...- Yes! It just might be defective... "

"Order an new Olympus D-560, after a few phone call to get them to really ship it. I recieved a reconditioned unit not a new one. I call and complained and they acted like it was something that happened all the time. I guess a way to make more money. After some more calls and more lied shipping dates. I did receive the new D-560 camera. Never trust a camera store that is closed on Saturday but open on Sunday, that it's home is in the NY, NY area. All owned by one group."
