"Digital Gravel is a unique site. I have been a customer for many years, because they offer exclusive products that you cannot get anywhere else. This is both their greatest asset, and their biggest downfall.

They realize they have certain products that are exclusive to them, and in turn this means that the customer support is less than supportive.

They had a wrong address on a very large order I placed in October. It is now January, and after contacting them more than 3 times, over the past 2-3 months, they still have not corrected my address. At this point, they just stopped responding to emails.

Digital Gravel is a great place to get exclusives, but unfortunately, after this fiasco, they will be losing a customer of over 5 years."
