"I purchased a 65" high definition flatscreen from Digital HD Online on December 4th. They charged my credit card $3,000.00, and have not provided me with any order confirmation. I have tried calling their customer service number... but its disconnected. No responses to any emails. Still don't have the TV, and with no communication from the seller, I am forced to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company!!"

Seems like a group of guys got together and then didn't know what to do. Come on guys you are competing with Walmart, Target, Best Buy. Take some responsibility. I had to Call the bank to block these people from accessing my account, after an order I placed with them. So disappointed. "
"Ordered an in-stock TV 2 days before Thanksgiving. A week later I still have not received a ship confirmation. I called and they said that Black Friday wiped out their stock... but I ordered on the Tuesday before. The happily cancelled my order and didn't charge my credit card."

"Ordered a 46 LCD from hddigitalonline.com They called me to confirm the order and charged my card. After that I never heard back from them and the TV never arived. Tried calling several times but their phone is disconected. Funny thing is that their web site keeps getting updated. Called American Express and placed a fraud clame with them. Bought the same TV online through anouther store for a lower price anyway. Buyer Beware. "

"I ordered on 10/10; they called back as it was apparently not in stock; upgraded to better tv; then they added $65 extra to ship to CA. Ran card on 10/19 for $1804 and gave Fed Ex # on 10/21. Never shipped and cancelled order, reversed card and reporting to BBB in NY. Cell phone company and Mark or Mike do not always answer and never use the company name when calling. This company tried to scam me and after 18 days, I have had it and ordered from ednashworld.com at a lower price, shipping today. Just a heads up for the next purchaser. "

"My purchase failed to arrive by the time promised (Friday, September 3rd). I inquired with Mike at Digital HD Online and he gave me the shipping number and told me it should have been delivered by now. He called the shipper to put a trace on the item. I also contacted the shipper and they told me they had no record of my item and to call back the Tuesday after Labor Day to see if they had any more information. First thing Tuesday I tried to call Digital HD Online at 10:00am (the time they open as listed on their website) and I get no answer after several tries. I call the shipping company and they again tell me they have no record of my shipment. I then cancelled the purchase with my credit card company.
I am not sure if the item was ever shipped by Digital HD Online, the shipping company lost it or what. I also do not know why it took eight days from time of purchase to ship the item. Also beware that in the fine print you will agree to pay insurance on your purchase. I will not do business with Digital HD Online again.
