"Like Everyone else I was suckered in. I ordered a panasonic vera th-58PZ800U and was told by James it would be shipped that night. Following day a sales verification form and tracking number was given. CEVA, the shipper made no pickups from them, and the trace number was bogus per CEVA. Meantime TVsDEPOT could provide no waybill number or any proof or information other than it's on the truck to them. 5 days later I can't get ahold of them and I found they charged my Credit card right away. Since it's obvious they billed and don't have the product or inventory to ship I cancelled the order and notified the bank's fraud office. This outfit is a take the money and run outfit.
They also do business as TVsDepot, Digital Net Shop and several names.... BEWARE
Update: After receiving a post dated charge from Digital Net on my CC I called the bank stopping payment. TV depot continued their song and dance blaming the shipper. When I called to cancel since CEVA, the shipper had NO record of receiving any inbound freight along with the stop payment, I got their attention! They said Don't call the CC company we'll take care of it. Per the freight company trace, a shipment from another CA reseller was on the way within a day. While I was tracking via the shipper, TV Depot continued to call with BS and lies.
I did finally receive the TV, but if I believed thenm and didn't call the CC company reporting fraud, I'd still be waiting."
"This order was cancelled because the item was not delivered on time, was not in stock as described on the web site but was backordered, did not arrive within 7-8 days as described on the order, and no email was received as promised by TVs Depot customer service representative by “the end of the day” on Thursday April 17 with the tracking number etc…
After two separate lies, I cannot do business with TVs Depot.

"WARNING! "Digital Net Shop" is also known as "TVsDepot" (www.tvsdepot.com). Be sure to search on ratings for "TVsDepot" before making a purchase. Recommend that you consider another vendor! On 11/20/07, I ordered a Zenith VCS-442 4-Head VCR (VCS442), i.e. Condition: Brand New Factory Sealed, $69.00 including free shipping and charged it to my Discover Card. On 11/26/07 I received an obviously used/reconditioned Samsung DVD-V5650B/XAA, poorly shipped with insufficient packing material and included poor Xerox copies of manuals. I politely worked with several customer service representatives to correct the mistake by obtaining an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return address. I returned the unit the next day via USPS registered mail (delivery signature requested) which cost me about $14.00 (i.e. the vendor would not reimburse the shipping cost for their mistake). I learned that the original unit was not in stock and asked for a full refund. After a couple of weeks and repeated attempts to obtain a refund, I opened a credit dispute with Discover Card. I ultimately received only a $60.99 credit. The vendor would not reimburse the other $8.01 because they said it was a shipping and handling fee. Being that the original shipping and handling was free and I paid all the return shipping, the $8.01 is still unclear. After all this, I am grateful that I received any refund at all."
"I placed an order for a JVC GR-D200 Camcorder online from Digitalnetshop. I received an order confirmation number online after placing the order. Therefore, I assumed the order had been placed and would be processed. I emailed them three days following the order to follow-up and inquire if the order had been processed. They never replied. A couple of days later I called customer service and directly inquired. The service rep was somewhat guff and stated that they did not have my order. The order number was a valid number, but was not my order. I inquired if I could order the camcorder via the phone. I stated the model number and online price and he abruptly stated that we do not have that item. After hanging up, I went back to their website, found the camcorder and it showed that the item was in stock.
I do a reasonable amount of online ordering and have never experience this level ineptitude (or should I say attitude). I would not recommend this vendor.

"Stay away from this merchant. I placed an order via their web order form, and to no great surprise had to speak to a salesperson by phone to confirm my order. Just like I suspected based on reading other people's experience with the company, the whole idea of the phone call was to sell me the things that they took out of the sealed box from Sony, in order to sell them to me separately. Such things as the instruction manual, battery, battery charger and who knows what else. When I turned them down, they proceeded to sell me the warranty, despite the fact that Sony warrants the camera for 90 days. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and went elsewhere (and ended up paying less for the whole package). Steer clear of these crooks."
"BEWARE: THIS COMPANY HAS AN UNSATISFACTORY BBB (Better Business Bureau) RATING!!

This company does business as THREE different entities.
http://www.digitalnetshop.com
http://www.1stopcamera.com
http://www.fotoconnection.com
The owner is Elie Fouerti.
I ordered my Sony MVC-CD250 from fotoconnection.com. When I did not receive a confirmation that the item had been shipped, I called and spoke with "Alvin", who informed me that the camera was not in stock (he only had the "Pro" versions of the CD250 available, for an additional cost) and that I would have to wait for Sony to deliver the standard models. I told Alvin I urgently needed the camera to begin a project, and stated that I was extremely annoyed that *I* had to call *them* to determine delivery status. Because the camera wouldn't be delivered on time as I had expected, I told him to cancel my order, and that I would buy it locally. He then said he would send me the PRO version of the camera at the same price as the standard, but only if I promised to give him "good reviews". I told him that I would, and he shipped the camera.
Unfortunately, a standard model was what I received. When I called back and cornered Alvin about this, Alvin spoke as if he never promised to send the Pro pacakge, and said that he would never do that because of the difference in cost between the standard and pro pacakages. I know I've been had, and I hope this can be a lesson in dealing with this company. Spend the extra $50 and buy your camera at Circuit City. These guys are shifty, and I'll be watching my credit card statement closely. They have an unsatisfactory BBB rating, and will scam you if you let them."
"Very shady company. I just ordered a digital camera from them, and then immediately canceled the order, after I woke up from the great prices they advertise. HOPEFULLY they wont charge my credit card anyway. I guess I'll find out in a few days.
They have seemed very professional, and I have gotten a "Canceled" email confirming that my order WAS cancelled, so that is a good sign.
So what was the problem? They seem to advertise retail products, but that's NOT what you are buying.
I was looking for a Canon G2 digital camera, which sells for $630ish dollars. They were offering it for $509.00.
Turns out that price only includes the camera, and none of those annoying extras like software, a battery, charger, compact flash, etc.
Beware!
The also do business as
1 Stop Camera

Checking their rating...even MORE bad reviews and ratings.

"BY reverse looking up their local phone number: ***-***-****, you'll get: One Stop Cameras & Electronic

GREAT NECK, NY 11021"
"We bought the Nikon 5700 listed on their web site for 1049 with the description, rechargable battery pack included, but they called back and said it's 1049 if we add the rechargeable battery pack.
I called them and they told me that the package I bought was not a retail packaged, so I need to add the battery pack.
The way they do business is to attract you a good price, and start put more stuff to it to jack up the price.
I would suggest not to buy anything from them since their final price for their products are not cheap at all. Anyone can go out there and shop for that price with a better customer service.

"I had posted a bad report, but had just heard form them and am pending a solution to take care of my situation. May end up very good."
