"I ordered a Pentax flash that happened to be the lowest price I could find on the Internet. I guess DigitaSpyders decided not to fill the order and simply cancelled it without telling me. Through a return email in response to my complaint Digital Spyders they said they sent an email reflecting the cancellation and went further to say that they tried to call and the phone number was bad. Botton Line: there was no email, no phone call, and the vendor failed to come through with my order."
