"Just in case you are thinking about buying from them, don't. These are lies. They sent me a non working $4,000 pc and REFUSED to do anything. They ignored my pleas for assistance and when I finally got mad and dropped an F bomb in an email, they banned me from tech support lmao.
It's actually that the defective 3090 founders edition They sold me was DOA. they refused to replace it with what I paid for. Forced garbage, a lesser quality GPU on me and ignored me when I complained. Now they won't respond. This was sensitive alexis' email. Stay away, they will rip you off"

"I've worked with PCs for over 40 years, both professionally and as a hobbyist. I ordered a Velox and browsed many pictures of them online, but I was still surprised at what Digital Storm sent me. The machine is literally a work of art. The clean lines, positioning of the hard tubing and cables, the packaging and attention to detail, all show that this company knows, and is serious about, what it's doing. The interactions I've had, from the pop-up "Can I help you" when you visit their site, to emails and phone calls about my order have always been courteous and helpful. Any cons? Just the wait. "Back in 2015 I purchased a machine that was loaded with top of the line parts. That has stood the test of time for a long while, with only requiring easy RAM and GPU upgrades, but alas it wasn't keeping up with the times. One failed Christmas PC build later I come back, knowing well that Digital Storm delivered a powerful machine that has lasted years. Went with the Lynx, has a proper amount of space saving size along with good ventilation. The upgrades were easy to pick out during the ordering process and the financing option made it a perfect buy for me.
The wait was a bit longer than my first order, but customer service answering my questions during that time was top tier and I did trust the process. Was the wait worth it? YES.
Shipping was everything I expected before, proper packaging and everything, was not disappointed.
And the PC Itself? Its tiny box but a powerful machine, its nice running games on Ultra, its nice having ray tracing, and having a powerful CPU that processes everything quickly. The only thing that left me wishing was RAM, and this is on me (I thought I could use my old DDR4 sticks, but I failed to notice that its DDR5 now). I do plan on upgrading the RAM so I can get back to my pet software development projects.
Until then I'm very pleased with everything."
