"From initial inquiry, through the build phase and delivery, Digital Storm did an amazing job. Their experienced techs were available but not pushy. The system was built and tested carefully yet quickly, with excellent communication at every step so I always knew what was going on. Packing for shipment was the best I've seen. Even receiving the computer through military mail, which can be brutal, was no match for their well thought out packing scheme. The only concern I have was the software install. Windows was installed without a lot of bloatware or extras, which is great, but I did have to reinstall from the included recovery usb drive (a very nice touch!). This may not have been DS' fault, as I had installed several games and something else may have gone amiss, but I suspect it arrived already corrupted due to some odd dual permissions issues and registry corruption that required a full reinstall to fix. Regardless, the hardware, cable management, and overall quality of the system is top notch. Benchmarks are in the top 98%. No complaints on my end."
