"From customer support to the packaging. Impressive. Though this does cost a pretty penny. Its worth every penny. To the design and craftsmanship to some of the costume pieces to the chassis and its show case ability. I got it out of the box and everything was done right. I never put liquid cooling in a system and I work in IT; between the information on the box, online and support it was an easy DIY. I will seat at night looking at the customer tubing for the liquid cooled CPU I requested and its beyond expectation. Its a quite system, its a beautiful piece of machine, it works and the support was great. The stuff in the box was cool and totally worth your time energy. Once I got it opened and inspected for damage it was in perfect condition and then I got it hooked up and let me just say it was a hands free plug and play process worked perfectly the first time I booted it up!
