"I've had my eye on a Digital Storm PC for a long time and finally decided to go for it once the latest generation of RTX video cards were announced. There was a time when I would build out my own gaming rigs, but I could never be anywhere near the level of the extremely talented Digital Storm Engineers. The custom water block on the RTX 3090 is an absolute beauty, the custom tubing is laser line perfect, and I have never seen such clean cable management nor did I even dream that such perfect cable management was possible! The customer service is absolutely next level. It took some time for the RTX 3090s to be available (even Digital Storm isn't immune to extreme market demand), but the Digital Storm team frequently kept me up to date, without my prompting, and even helped me modify the order once the latest AMD 5950x was announced. Without question you spend a premium at Digital Storm, but you get a premium build, premium customer service, premium customized builds, and premium ongoing support for the price which makes it a fantastic overall value. "Met these folks 10+ years ago on the LAN party circuit. They would have their booth, with beautiful and super clean builds. Back then I had time to build my own systems, but always said if I ever have more money than time to knock out my own rig I would work with them. At that time most other companies doing custom builds would have nice looking machines, but more than once I would see liquid cooled machines leak, early Full contained CPU cooling loops pop. General issues that lead to my lack of confidence. Never saw that with DigitalStorm, saw passionate people that made a great product. Even saw their folks help out on occasion with advice or tools to help LAN Attendees. They were people I knew I wanted to work with. Cut to sometime later. I had a friend that wanted an amazing build, I recommended DigitalStorm, every-time I saw or spoke with my buddy, he would thank me for putting him in contact with DigitalStorm. And then it was my turn... I wanted a new system, more money than time. I knew who I was going to. Working with them and their forum based community was great. Put in my order, even changed it a component during that time thanks to the advice from the forum. DigitalStorm had great communication and after I got it. I wasn’t pleased with Windows performance....They had a Tech on the phone with me same day to work out the issue and he wasn’t gone until the issue was resolved. Every step of the process was great and now I have a beautiful system that’s slicker than greased snot lol. Can’t recommend them enough. If you want a hassle free, premium build....These are the folks to do it."

"I just bought my 4th computer from Digital Storm. This one is a laptop for my girlfriend for christmas. I bought my 1st PC from the company in 2007 after owning several from other places. They are the best money can buy, and I have never had a problem with them. My friend has been building his own PCs for years, but this year he is also buying his 1st Digital Storm because he has seen how great mine have been. He too decided to pay a little more for a professionally made high end computer, that he knows will run great without the hassles of doing all installing and testing himself.
