"I am one of Delaware's oldest fine art giclee print makers. I first met Scott Erickson of DTG at a trade show in NYC almost 20 years ago. Since that time I have been a customer of DTG and Scott has personally helped me get the information I needed to make crucial decisions related to fine art print making.
DTG is a good outfit. They are honest and will go out of their way to be helpful. They know how to treat a customer and their prices are excellent."
"Not sure how to rate this merchant. I ordered a Kodak photo printer on a special offer that included media. Looked like a good deal but when the printer arrived, something didn't seem right. There were no documents or software. DTG did include a homemade disk. The printer looked like new, but the cables weren't twist tied like new and the parts were in disarray. I contacted DTG about the missing documents and was told that they "forgot" to put them back in the box when they inserted the "latest drivers." Ok, so I power up the machine and discover in the menu that it had 14,325 pages alread printed. Fortunately, Kodak puts a page counter that nobody can zero out.
So I'm pretty steamed at this point and send a terse email. They responded immediately by sending me a factory sealed printer via FedEx two-day (I didn't pay for any shipping) and send a call tag to pick up the used machine. They said that they got confused and send a refurb machine instead of a new one. The story still seems unbelievable (given the story about opening it to insert a new driver disk and forgetting to put the docs back in) but I will give them a positive rating since they did follow through with first class service after bringing it to their attention. Just be cautious."
