"Not sure what to make of these folks. Ordered a phone, waited 4 days. Online status said my order was "On Hold" so I called. CSR said she'd emailed me twice (Which I didn't receive) to tell me it was not in stock. She asked if I wanted to wait on it (?), I said no and asked if they had one in another color. Said she'd email me in an hour if she could find one.
About 4 hours later, got an email that said they hope I'm happy with my purchase and want me to leave positive feedback when I recieve it.
But...
at the bottom of the email it said what I ordered was no longer available. So I checked the status of my order on their page, it said the order was cancelled so I don't know what the hell is going on. "
"great price great service THANKS"
"Order the SONY ERICSSON W580i phone, I got a used / return phone (someone has stored pictures in the phone). The battery runs out almost instantly does not take a charge, the buttons get stuck and it didn’t come with a memory card. The phone operating system does not function correctly (gets stuck in demo mode, will not go into charging mode with phone turn on). Can’t believe they sent me a known return and defective used phone. The company phone number listed has been disconnected, might have to deny payment on this purchase with my credit card company if I don't get a e-mail reply. Stay away....."
"Absolutely terrible. I ordered a Motorola RAZR V3 phone from these guys. When I received it, it wouldn't connect to any of my computers through the USB port, and the disk labeled "Motorola Phone Tools" was some oddball Chinese anti-virus program. I emailed them immediately and received no response. I followed up several phone calls, never receiving an answer, only getting an answering machine. I contacted Motorola for service, only to find the warranty had expired on July 27, 2007, and anyway, the phone was actually a Chinese market phone and couldn't be serviced in the US. I followed up with another email on March 5 which was equally ignored. On March 19, I finally contacted VISA, who was able to make contact with the store. The person I spoke with was rude and hostile, accused me of lying, and told me that since it was past their 15-day limit, I could not return the phone. The VISA rep, once the call was over, said "sounds like a shady operation to me." I've filed for a chargeback. At no time did they indicate this was a gray market Chinese phone, or that it couldn't be serviced, etc... BUYER BEWARE."
