"I purchased a card reader/usb/eSATA panel for my computer. Even though the distance was quite great from one side of the country to the other, it arrived very quickly. I put it in my computer and had some issues getting it working right (I think that may have been my fault). I never did get the card reader to read any of my SD cards so I emailed them and they said to return it. I put it in the mail and tracked the number to make sure they got it. A few days later I emailed them and got a response within 24 hours. He said they had tested it and it seemed okay. I responded and told them that I had got the USB working but it wouldn't read the USB, but that if they had checked it and it worked then they could send it back to me, or they could send me a new one. The next day I got an email saying they had shipped my product by parcel post and I should get it in 9 to 15 days. About 4 days later it was in my mail. They had sent me a brand new one. I installed it and found out that if I use the "Safely Remove Hardware" option when disconnecting a USB connection, it disables the whole card, so it is possible that my first product really did work. Anyway I now have one that works fine and I'm a happy camper."

"This company advertises 100% customer satisfaction as well as a full refund for defective product. The item I ordered arrived in-operable and was clearly defective. In addition the item was clearly marked "Remanufactured" even though there wads no mention of this in the Digitalet listing of this product. I returned the unit within one day after receiving it. Digitalet at first, refused the 100% refund they advertise for defective products. Two weeks later they refunded 80% of the purchase price claiming that the unit was not defective. I have been forced to file a claim with both Pay Pal and my credit card company to try to recover the rest of the money I am due. I am am also out shipping fees for both purchase and return of this defective product.(Digitalet Item #42504722)

Digitalet does not honor any of the guarantees it advertises and does not deal with customers with any sort of integrity. Avoid this comapny. "

"Ordered a 2X teleconverter len for my Canon G9. Received shortly in good condition. But len is actually 1.5X, although it remarked 2X. It's fake. The picture taken with the len are very blurry except for the small central part.
Email Digitalet for return and refund. No respose."

"I purchased an inexpensive filter set from an e-bay listing as a "buy it now" purchase. Within a short time, I realized that the listing did not completely describe a polarizing filter included in the set. My camera will only work correctly with one of two different types - I need a circular polarizer. I used e-bay to contact them, asking for clarification as to the type of filter, and to cancel the order if the filter was not what I needed. I received multiple requests for payment without an answer to my e-mail. Although a couple of my replies probably went to their account handling software, I also correctly mailed to the customer service account.

I finally decided to pay, and repeated my request to cancel the order as I filled out the special instructions on the checkout form.

At no time did I receive a reply, merely daily requests for payment, culminating in the filing of a no pay dispute. I decided that the small price was worth the admission to file negative feedback and a complaint on this site.

I did receive the filter set. It was the wrong filter."

I ordered this item form Digitalet for my Dell Latitude D600 and it does not work without splicing wire. I contacted them and returned the item. They claimed to have not received the item, which was sent by US mail in the original shipping box with the return authorization on the front. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from Digitalet."
