"After comparing several sellers on ebay, I ordered a VOIP Phone Adaptor model PAP2-NA which is listed as New from this Power Seller. Shipping was fast. However, the device stopped working after 10 minutes. I contacted the seller and he told me it was still covered by manufacture warranty and gave me the phone number. I called Linksys custom service and only was told the warranty had been expired a year and half ago. So I got back to the seller to ask a refund. This time, he gave me a RMA number. I mailed the PAP2 back with deliver confirmation and it showed delivered after 3 days of the mailing date. Then months past, nothing happened. I contacted the seller again. He replied and told me he would mail me another one. I had two from other sellers and I don’t want another one. I told him I was asking the refund not replacement and he said he would not refund an “aged” transaction. But there is no words about “aged” transaction in his Returns Policy. So far I have not received anything from this seller. "

The wireless card has an amazing boost for range. The integrated wireless on the laptop broke, found 0 access points. The linksys card found 4 (2.5ghz 802.11g). Without moving the laptop, the D-link boost found 12. The signal wasn't very strong, but the access points were found.

Totally worth the $12.45 as a replacement. (It's now only $8.70!)"
