"An outstanding e-store! I have already placed, and received, a follow-up order and plan to buy from Digitally Unique frequently in the future. I particularly appreciate their outstanding and very detailed product descriptions, their quick email responses and order fulfillment, and their careful packaging of items purchased. Although I live on the opposite coast from Digitally Unique, the purchases that I have made from them have arrived faster than those I have made from stores located in nearby states, without my having requested or paid for express shipping. The fact that they stock numerous hard-to-find items, and their excellent return policy, are additional reasons why Digitally Unique has become one of my favorite shopping venues!

"Do yourself a big favor and pass on ordering from this company.
Over the years, I've placed literally hundreds of orders over the internet and this was the first time EVER that I had an order cancelled because the company said there was a 'problem validating the information I provided'. My credit card was entered correctly as was my name, address, phone number, and other pertinent information.
Frankly, I don't think they really wanted to sell me the item at the price at which it was offered.....about $50 lower than Buy.com's price.
Whatever the reason, I wasted my time and effort ordering from what I suspect to be a company that appears to be playing games with stock and pricing. As I said, I've never had this type of "verification" problem before and it's a bit suspicious that they would pull this kind of thing on a item they lowballed in terms of price.
Further, the customer service rep gave me short shrift on the phone stating that there was nothing he could do on his end because the system 'didn't let him see the exact nature of the problem with the order'. Uh, WHAT???? Makes me wonder why they even bother with a customer service department."

"Purchased on Friday. I emailed on Tuesday to check status and was told it was backorded for another 10 days. Was told to call 800 number to cancel, hung up after 16 mins on hold.
Credit card was charged the same day of the order, and not yet credited. Just filed a complaint with my bank since they charged without shipping.
This must be one of those scam companies, look elsewhere."

"The web site listed the item as in stock and ready to ship. I placed the order, and a few minutes later got the confirmation email. which was then followed by the out of stock email. There's no excuse for this. If you can't keep tabs on stock, don't list it.
THERE IS NO REASON TO BUY FROM THIS RETAILER."

"Purchased a Q3447 HP printer paper tray. Like many others, the web site said it was in stock. Didn't hear from them so I checked the order status on 11/19. Surprise, it was out of stock. I then went back to the website which showed it was in stock. If you really must order from these guys, at least call and check to see if it is in stock. The website is lying."
"I ordered DV Head Cleaning Cassette. Their website said it was in stock. My credit card was charged the next day. In a week, I contacted them
to check why my order status still shows "pending". They answered that
my order has already been shipped however they had to ship all Canon products from Canon and then re-direct it to me (their site did not mention that). In fact, according to invoice records, the item was ordered from Canon only in two days after that answer. Eventually, it took them two weeks to ship the item from their warehouse. So I got it only in three weeks. I would have never made this order if I knew it would take so long."
