I was hesitant at first to order my new camera through them because I had never heard of the company before, but they had the lowest price by far for the Canon 6D I wanted. After I place my order I received a phone call from them to double check my information and to verify that I had actually intended to purchase the import model instead of the US model which I hadn't, thank goodness they called. There was a price difference to get the US model (still cheaper than anywhere else) and I was waiting for a large deposit to clear into my bank account but the funds weren't yet available. The rep was able to charge my card for the amount of my initial order and then held the remaining balance until my deposits cleared two days later, and then when I called to see if I could upgrade to 2-day shipping to have my camera arrive in time for some upcoming photoshoots they were able to easily make the change. "I attempted to purchase a T3i, the next day received an email telling me I needed to contact customer support, I did and they said the the Camera is discontinued and my order is now canceled. A week later I attempted to buy a 5D mk3, received a email the next day telling my order was canceled. Contacted Customer Service after 3 attempts, then I couldn't get an answer to why it was canceled. Was then told I would receive a call the next day explaining why it was canceled. Next day came, and no call. So I bought the cameras elsewhere. Rather pay a bit more for less hassle.

I was contacted by customer service, they apologized for any inconveniences I had in the purchasing process. And for my troubles, I revived Free of charge Extended warranties for the Two cameras I purchased elsewhere. Was surprised that they went the extra mile to satisfy someone who wasn't even a paying customer. I'll make sure to give them another shot for my next camera purchase."

"I have modified my review based on attentive customer service on the part of Digital Monster. They were attentive to my concerns and did their best to resolve and promised to look into the potentially misleading advertising they are doing.

I was told they would soon clearly indicate that the Canon EOS 6D that they advertise is not the USA model, but a Chinese import without a warranty, a third party battery and a different body material. Though the camera has the same name, it is a different camera.

I will give them 5 stars for this service and will be keeping an eye on the site for a change. If their misleading advertising isn't changed, I will revise in the future.
