"I was looking to buy a digital camera Nikon D750. The prices on line were all over the place ranging from $1495 to $2295. The cheapest price however belonged to Digitaloutlets.com which offered the camera for $1149. I compared all the specs to the Nikon camera on actual Nikon site, and they were identical, so I made a purchase. I received 2 emails; one purchase confirmation, and one "welcome!" email.

Four days later I noticed that my cc was not charged, even though the site promised to deliver my camera in few days. So I called. 26 minutes on hold later, I spoke to a very rude guy that told me that my order was cancelled because this camera was out of stock, and that he send me an email to notify me about the cancellation. This was BS. I never received any cancellation emails beyond the first two confirmation emails.

I was mad. Because I spent my money at Digital Outlets, I missed the Black Friday and the Cyber Monday sales. The guy said that there is nothing he can do for me, and that I should get my camera elsewhere like Best Buy or B&H Photo. Then he said: "EVEN THOUHG YOU PAY MORE AT B&H PHOTO, YOUR NIKON D750 CAMERA WILL BE BETTER, BECAUSE IT WILL HAVE WIFI AND A METAL BODY, INSTEAD OF PLASTIC VERSION THAT WE OFFER." Then he practically hung up on me.

That didn't seem right to me so I called Nikon directly to see how many versions of the D750 they had made. Nikon only made ONE version of D750. It has Wifi and a metal body for the durability. Anything else advertised as Nikon D750 is a cheap reproduction!!!

Also, the websites 5 star reviews are FAKE! Every review is a 2 word review like: "Smooth Process," or "Best Prices." And there are many of them, exactly the same...

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!! Buy from Nikon directly or an authorized dealer.

"I am Brazilian and bought in Digital Outlets.net, on 18th September a Canon EOS 5D Mark III camera and a lens, and requested that the delivery was made in Orlando where I stayed until the 9th October. As nothing was given to me, I asked again, after several attempts and waiting on the phone, to deliver my order in New York, wher I would stay until the 17th October. Unfortunatelly the goods were not delivered and had to return to Brazil. After this a friend of mine went to Tucson and I requested again that the products would be delivered to the hotel she was staying and nothing. I had already requested via email to cancel the purchase and return of the money paid, but as usual there was no answer. So everything is looking like I was virtual victim, a coup. I paid $ 2,248.00. I hope that the company is responsible and give me the amount paid very shortly."

""Beware: digitaloutlets are bait and switch seller!" For sure I was getting ripped off.

Full story:
Nov 8, 2015 I ordered a "Brand New -Canon EOS 5D Mark III Digital Camera Body Only for $1,719.00", since I found that the price for the body only among the lowest I could find on the internet with 2% discount with code "2OFFET".
Web site also stated "Free Shipping & 5pc Starter Kit with any purchase".
Payed with credit card. Then I received an email of order confirmation.
Nov 11, 2015, I received an email "Digital Outlets:Important Information About Your Order (Order Needs Verification)" to call ***-***-**** as a MANDATORY for security purposes.
So I called them, and Scott told me that my order is an import version and Japanese version only (no English, he stated). The USA version one is $2,499.00.
I wanted to cancel the order but Scott said it will cost me 10% for restocking fee. Losing $168.42 without getting anything is not on my mind.
Not sure why on other review comments mentioned they got full refund since Scott never gave me that option. It is stated on the website under "Terms and Conditions", Maybe those comments are for other items that are not Camera, camcoder or SDL Lenses.
At first I decided to go with USA version, but Scott did provide me another offer for "Canon EOS 6D PRO Digital Camera (Body Only) USA W/ HIGH POWERED BATTERY & RAPID QUICK CHARGER; product ID: can6dpkg" for $1684.62.
Here is the fishy part, during the call I checked in digitaloutlets for Canon 6D and I see $1399.00 but Scott confirm that it was $1699.00.
After several refresh, it is indeed $1699.00 for product ID: can6dpkg. I can only presume he updated at that point, but at that time I thought I was the one making the mistake.
Short story, I decided to go with Canon 6D with $1684.62 since I didn't have time (was working) to look for Canon 6D price on the internet.
Then I received an email "Digital Outlets:Congratulations! Your order has been completed and is shipped to you."

When I got home, I decided to check and sure enough other Canon authorized dealers, and even Canon store have it for $1399.00.
Instead of getting a good deal, I am getting ripped off.

I also found that I didn't get the 2% deal, since $1699.00 with 2% deal, I should be priced at $1666.00.
Wrote an email stating my dissatisfaction of the deal and I did get a reply that "rep will contact me". Never got a call.

Got the package Nov 17. Opened the box, Canon 6D, Wide Neck Strap EW-EOS 6D, Japanese version of quick manual, Stereo AV Cable AVC-DC400ST,
EOS Digital Solution Disk & Software Instruction Manual CD, Battery Pack LP-E6, and Battery Charger LC-E6 with Asian cable connector.

So, I called back and Scott said he will send the adapter and English version Canon 6D pocket guide free of charge and I am getting a refund of $84.62.
So total for this transaction was $1600.00 for Canon 6D with Asian power outlet.
Nov 23, I did receive both items.
Even though feeling a ripped off, I am still lucky that I have the item even though I am paying almost full price instead of a deal.
I do have the option to return but I am afraid that I will loose the item or the money.
Since part of this transaction was my fault of ordering without checking the seller rating, I am only providing review comment of this transaction and letting others to beware.

I WOULD STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYBODY BUYING ANYTHING FROM digitaloutlets

On Dec 1, 2015 I look into the digitaloutlets and the price for Canon 6D "can6dpkg" is even crazier (Price: $2,299.00).
Even Canon USA store has it only for $1399.00 with original MSRP price $1699.00
On Dec 09, 2015, "can6dpkg" has changed again to $1,799.00

On Dec 2, 2015 Scott called me and willing to refund me for $100 but I MUST remove the review from resellerratings.
I decided to loose that $100 and keep the review so that others won't fall on the same trap.
