"I placed an order on 3/07/2011 for 77.45 worth of dimmers. I received an e-m from Manuel Pabulan, Jr. on 3/09/2011 that the dimmers were not made anymore and he offered different ones at a higher price. The company already charged my credit card on the 8th. A week later I'm trying to get a response from them on when they will credit my credit card. No response as yet so I will have AEX charge it back.

"GREAT HOOK with web site and BIG PROMISES. Checked stock prior to ordering, have email indicating all was IN STOCK. Ordered, received notice that order had been RECEIVED and was being PROCESSED. Web site indicates that all IN STOCK items will ship 24 to 48 hours after being RECEIVED. Emailed one jr to inquire about order as directed, received no response. Emailed CUSTOMER "we don't" CARE after 72 hours with a promise of a return email in 24 hours. Nope....So advice from a normally laid back gal from the south ~ SURF ELSEWHERE."
