"I was literally kicked out of the dimple records on Arden way in Sacramento because my two year old daughter was crying inside of the store. I walked to the counter to complete my purchase and the male clerk asked me to leave. It wasn't like she was screaming at the top of her lungs just crying as small children do. I couldn't believe I was blatantly disrespected like that from an employee. I will never go back."

"I ordered a used CD from Dimple Records. The shipping label wasn't even printed until 5 days after I ordered the item. And what's worse is the fact that it was listed in like new condition, yet I counted 11 separate scratches on the disc. It didn't affect playability, but it certainly wasn't like new. Like new means just that, it's used but it's just like new. Sellers use the term too freely. It was at best in very good condition. I emailed the company to complain but was completely ignored."
