Customer service is shocking

"Love the dinair product but they have zero customer service! I purchased a dinair pro airbrush but it developed a fault after about 18 months, as i didnt have extended warrenty i just went ahead and purchased another one but the same thing has happened. I emailed Dinair explaining that im not happy their machines are not built to last longer however Ive had no resolution and the Managers just ignore all emails. Im left with two faulty machines which cost me in excess of $500 so not a happy customer! "

"If you are considering becoming a Dinair reseller - dont bother.

You get told anything to part with your money, but as soon as that is done you get treated like trash.

Latest problem is a customer was sent a non-working compressor - they wont even respond regarding the warranty.

So far, not one order I have placed has been filled without a mistake of some type on their part.

Their customer service needs a lot of work.

"3/2 They answered all my questions and allow for payment opitons which are great. Can't wait to try it out! 3/6 My items still has not been shipped even though I have received a tracking #, I have also been charged twice for the same payment. No reponse so far from Dinair."

"I just received my Dinair Airbrush System and followed the directions on the DVD which was included. I found the DVD very easy to follow along with and not at all complicated. After getting the feel of it by using only water the first time around I felt it would be very easy to apply the actual makeup. Well, the first time I tried applying the base it looked okay but a little thicker than I thought it should so I washed my face and tried it again using the “less is more” motto that is expressed by Dina and concentrating on the changes being made as I made each “pass”. I was quite pleased with the results when I did it this way and got the hang of it quickly. After the base, I applied the blush. I felt like I got a bit too much in one area, so when I was done I simply put a little of the base over that area and it looked fine. The eyeshadow and brows were a bit more challenging because I did not order the kit with the stencils. Although I see that over time I will improved my skills using the airbrush, I was very pleased with the overall results I achieved in my second use. I am very excited about this new found way of applying makeup and foresee myself becoming very creative with it. The representative, “Al”, that I spoke with about my experience with my new Dinair system was very pleasant and helpful. I had made a list of all of my questions concerning the system and application methods and she patiently and thoroughly answered each one. She has motivated my desire to help others discover airbrush makeup with Dinair which I foresee myself doing shortly down the road. I can truly get excited over a product that I have tried that actually works like it says it is going to and to such a beautiful effect!"

"I am pleased with the quality of this airbrush makeup. It's the exceedingly long wait (15 days so far) and the website's inability to apply their own advertised discounts that I have a problem with! Twice now I've ordered, and each time I've had to call to complain about not receiving my order. Frustrating! "

"Dinair has some UBER fantastic colours of makeup for HD airbrushing! I LOVE LOVE LOVE how they don't have to be powdered down like other products. I'm looking forward on my other 'tweaked' shipment that arrives tomorrow!!! I'll be ordering MORE products like the para-medical colours and a personal compressor next week upon my return to Charleston!

"Hi so i really am falling in love with the airbrush. I would reccomend it because its a great feeling, touch free and preety flawless. It takes practise to learn too ! The customer service can be very helpful too.It makes it even better when u try it on other people!.
What i dont like about it is how the compressor makes loud sounds and if i had to go somehwere i cant take it with me because well 1) its probably wouldnt be appropiate. 2) its not my house and they can be upset because im making a big mess in their house. And then sometimes the airbrush. i also dont like it when im having airbrush problems. i wish it would always be running smooth
