"I purchased an item from Dinendecor, Sept 17, received it broken , checked all rules and regulations to return the item. I followed instructions as per sales site and returned the item where it stated that return postage will be paid by seller for damaged item. I waited until now Feb 2018. Finally received a partial refund. They did not pay the return postage. I had over 40 correspondences with the outfit.
They lie, lie and lie. I live outside of the USA and had a horrible experience with this company.
I will not get my money back for the postage, I had my bank involved for the merchandise credit.
PLEASE think twice about buying from here. If I lived in the USA, I would be contacting authorities of BBB but I do not know how to reach them. The IRS needs to check out these thieves."
