"While the phone staff, including Adrian, were super helpful in placing my order by phone and checking while I waited on the line to be certain that all items were in stock BEFORE I ordered, that was a charade! I even received an email from Sharon confirming that one of the dressers that I wanted to order as part of a bedroom suite, was "in stock." I explained that I had ordered the suite from another vendor, but that the one dresser was out-of-stock and that I could cancel my other order and purchase from Diningroomsoutlet and BedroomFurnitureDiscount.com if they had the entire suite. Based on verbal and written assurances that the items were in stock and could be shipped, I placed the order for the bedroom suite and cancelled my order from the other vendor (who had all but one item in stock and had already shipped those items, which they agreed to reverse so that I could purchase all items from BedroomFurnitureDiscount.com/DiningRoomsOutlet. I received an email confirmation of my entire order and was assured that all pieces were in stock. I then cancelled my order with the other seller who could not have been nicer. This afternoon, I receive an email from BedroomFurnitureDiscount.com/DiningRoomsOutlet indicating that all of the items have been discontinued and my order is cancelled. The less than helpful "customer service" representative with whom I then spoke, would only say that even though the staff had allegedly confirmed that all pieces were in stock, they were not in stock and the entire order was being cancelled! So frustrated to go through such a useless exercise and lose my original order with another seller. "
