"The molding on the top of the holder was cracked. Dinn was great in sending out another but this one had the same defect. They then sent me a third and it also had the same defect. At this point I had already had my celebration so I was not interested in repeating this until they had another batch come in without the defect. So the service was actually great, but the workmanship on the actual ball holder was shotty."
