"I ordered a plaque 9 days in advance of a party gift it was made for. Specified UPS shipping which was shown on the order confirmation and said it was shipped same day. Called 6 days later, no plaque. They said it shipped first class mail instead. No way to track it. Missed having it at the party. Still isnt here. They should have made a new plaque 2 day mailed it to me. Were talking about a $3 nameplate that takes 5 minutes to produce. Very disappointing in lack of recognizing this much less the performance. "
