"I ordered my trophy and medallions a week before the St. Patrick's Day weekend - and just before the mid-March snow storm. I became worried that my purchases would not arrive on time. I called Dinn Trophy to find they "anticipated the storm so we worked overtime to make sure all of the packages were out before the arrived." The box arrived on Thursday, 16 March and I was able to leave for my St. Patrick's Day event early on the 17th. Tremendous customer service through foresight and desire to excel."
