"I picked out an award/trophy on this website understanding that this was the place to go for a wide variety. I selected the trophy and placed my order for speedy delivery (willing to pay the extra cost to get here in plenty of time) so we could take a photo of it and post on social media for boosted excitement for our event. There was an option to put down when the event took place so I put down the date... UNKNOWINGLY the company decided that they wanted to put the trophy on slow/regular delivery to "save me money". However it was around office closings so the trophy was literally delivered a day before the event INSTEAD OF HOW I ORIGINALLY PLACED MY ORDER which would of had it arrive at least a week before. I spoke to customer service regarding this and they replied with "we will refund the shipping". Not good enough but I was going to take that since they were trying to send a nice gesture. However, THEY NEVER REFUNDED LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD! Not happy with this company at all. They don't follow through and change shipping details without contacting the customer first!! I am sure you can find the same trophy somewhere else that will stick to their word and not chnage the order without contacting you first! "
