"It is unfortunate the that this company is causing me,and I thinking that I would never have problems with this company again, I was wrong. I again had problems with this company. I bought a netbook with this company, but before I buy, I informed my interest in receiving the order through the regular method, because there is a high incidence of tax by any other method that was not requested by me. The company confirmed to me that the shipment would be made through the regular method, and grant my request. They reported a protocol for confirmation of this request, where the sector responsible for the delivery of orders confirm sending through the regular method. And to my surprise, my request was not granted, and they just sent my order through a completely different method than I had requested. I am completely disappointed with this company, and I do not know whether to trust them back. For they have caused a loss on this purchase because my order was taxed by an error of this company. The tax charge was $ 276 U.S. dollars, and I really need this netbook, I bought it for my study and this company could never have done this to me. This company does not respect its customers, and I ask that this company will provide the reward for this error as he had promised me, if my request was not granted. "Stay away!!! I ordered a $60 Super Syma mini helicopter (7518B8X4-DD) on 12/14- not expecting to get it by Christmas but sometime SOON thereafter. Got a bogus tracking number that says it's invalid when I type it in the tracking website (royal mail)- and have YET to hear from customer service that I emailed 5 days ago!!! This is ridiculous- a scam site that just likes to disappoint people. I'd give it 0 stars if I could :(

I ordered shoes,veil and coat for my wedding day before 2 weeks and still nothing???it's a shoes not a gown to wait so long.and my wedding is in 2 weeks and yesterday they said like they need one more week because they don't have all the items in stock????

but finally when someone from customer service help me I got my shoes after 1 mount but I still waiting of 2 another items.so if you need something order it at least 2 mounts before you actually need it :( "

and they have some really good prices.. You`ve need to know the usual prices, and they can beat them. Especially with brand name flashlights.
This order had been shipped within a couple day, and received within 8days..

"It is only fair that when a Company honor their agreement, it should be notified. :-)

Because my little computer did not arrive at it's destination, Dino Direct have refunded the complete amount that I paid them.

Although I feel Dino Direct do have some faults, especially sending items by a cheaper option for them than the one you pay for, which can't be tracked after it leaves Hong Kong, I AM VERY IMPRESSED AT THE REFUND RECEIVED.

I would rather have had the computer than the refund, but having said that, I honestly think they do their best in all transactions

"I ordered a laptop from there on December 30th, I eagerly awaited it's arrival barely reliving I had found a laptop for such a good price. Then I read the reviews for it and slowly felt panic began to rise, seeing the disappointing review. I got my laptop fairly quick but I think that was more the shipping company than dinodirect. I was not happy at all with what I got. It has no disk drive, no switch for wifi so it's purely up to the laptop if it wants to connect to the internet or not, the os was what really gave me panic attacks it was a weird mixture of xp and vista. By dumb luck I got windows 7 on it and it's been doing a bit better.

I also ordered a 320 gb laptop and received a 160gb so there's that. I emailed the company seeing their promise of getting back to me in 24 hours, it's been five days and the computer has since crashed.

I have received no reply.
