I placed the order for a Baby crib from DinoDirect. As there were multiple options, I was unsure about making a choice. One of the customer service executive Ms. Lulu helped me a lot to identify the right product. Truly appreciate her support. Hoping to receive the product at the earliest. Will provide my inputs as soon as I receive the consignment.

My Order ID is 523989I4-DD which was placed on 27th August 2013 based on the product availability confirmation and as suggested by DinoDirect executive LULU. After 7 day, when the status of the order completes stocking up and packaging, now I get a mail stating the product is out of stock. This is unbelievable, that after the product is packed, how can it be out of stock?
How can there be multiple slips?
Is there a solution?

"I purchased goods for $102.64. Dino chose to use DHL. I live on a farm in southwestern Ontario. I can be in the house on notice. DHL claims it called twice and there was no recipient at the residence to sign for delivery. I was, on the farm, but not in the house. DHL did not leave a message about their attempts to deliver. I suggest that anyone with an IQ above zero would realize that on a farm delivery without requiring a signature on delivery or notice of delivery is commonsense practice. Neither Dino or their chosen carrier, DHL, are blessed with sense.
