I was really pleased with the cheap price of the outfit plus they included automatic free shipping on their site. The only down side is that the free shipping takes forever (warning). "I had a problem with a malfunctioning camera I purchased thru DinoDirect, I have discussed the problem with Otta in customer service chatline and was promised from Otta a full refund plus my incurred return postage costs which she claimed was approved by DD and a full refund returned once the camera was received.
I have received the refund for the camera but not my postage costs as promised, this camera was a fake & I should never have had to pay to return this product, now I am out of pocket $30.
I will never purchase anything again thru Dino Direct, I feel extremely betrayed being lied to, this is the price you pay with dealing with fake products and Dino Direct, money is more important to them than an honest business, good luck to those taking a chance with this mob, nothing but fraud."
