"They sent me the wrong parts so I had to send them back ($35). After they got them back they sent me an Invoice for a 10% restocking fee($36). They said the package was damaged by UPS. A rep from Direct Cycle Parts, DirectCycleParts, has responded:
“Hello, I checked out your order. The only reason there was a restocking on the one part is because it was opened. We will always send a call tag for a return so you do not have to pay for shipping. These parts would of shipped with USPS for around $12.
The amount of the parts was refunded in full, minus the restocking on the air cleaner.
I do not see anything about any UPS damage with the parts, so I am not sure about that.
I see in the notes when you called you said you ordered the parts wrong. I am very sorry for any inconvenience. When a part is opened we have to charge the 10% restocking so we can return it to the manufacturer for a new one.
