"Found DCP through Google, and ordered an exhaust kit for what showed to be an EXTREMELY good deal the same day. After no contact (I was told they "tried to contact me," caller ID records show no indication of such), I reached out to them after a week of no updates on the order.
I was told there was a "major price increase" that almost doubled the cost of the exhaust that I ordered at retail price, and was basically told "tough luck." After calling back a second time, and talking to Marcus, who was actually willing to discuss the order and issues with me, he offered to price match the next closest competitor in order to retain my business. Overall, the order wound up *slightly* cheaper than the competitor thanks to shipping/tax options, but not nearly as cheap as portrayed to begin with, and not without a fair amount of patience and effort on my end."

Tue 10/31 Got home from work and found the part ordered on my front porch. Looking up the tracking number on the package, it shipped Wed last week when my credit card was charged.
Wed 11/1 My support ticket gets a reply with a tracking number and telling me it was delivered yesterday. Order status on website never updated.
The part was damaged enough to require some minor modification to get installed, but it wasn't worth going through the seller again to get another part. They seem like a good local business that just kind of sucks at the whole e-commerce thing. Shipping was quoted as "5-7 business days" and it was right on time. I just wanted confirmation it was coming and when so I can plan the installation and whether it would be ready for use on a given weekend."

"Hello , I ordered a set of 659.00 dollar cfr slip on's for my 2017 street glide , guy was awesome doing the order , said he had them in stock and would ship out the next day . No parts have been shipped and now I can't get anyone on the phone or threw email , 10 out of 10 calls go straight to voicemail , no intention on answering the phone , then it says everyone is out at a show or this and that , so leave an email . So I have left 3 emails and still no answer . I hate to do this ,but as you can see Direct cycle parts have giving me no other option , I will report to BBB by Friday 8/11/2017 if I don't get a response by then . The bars would work for you application, and we offered to send you the adapter for non TBW grips for free. We did play any games with you, we had to get with the manufacturer to see about returning an item that was installed and damaged from installation. When we asked you, you told us that you did not install them, so that is why there was a hold up because you were not upfront with us from the beginning.
