BAD BUSINESS.

"I placed an order through Michaels and some of the items came from Direct Home Supply. Several items in our order were misssing. I have tried contacting them four times, with no reply. This is a scam company with horrible customer service. Michaels should no long do business with them."
"I placed an order on Michael’s.com everything was delivered by michaels except one item. That item was to be delivered by direct home supplies . They sent the wrong item that cost less than what I ordered Tried calling that’s useless did the online thing to send it back but after reading these reviews I would never send it back because I would probably not get a refund Be careful Walmarts and Amazon are not the only businesses that use this company. "
"Sold me on Walmart.ca, a used Trudeau Duo Battery Mill that was returned to them with out the box. Even the springs in the battery holders were bent and twisted. Did not even attempt protect the item with bubble wrap and shipped it in a small flimsy shipping bag. Item arrived broken with all the supplied rock salt and peppercorns now loose in the bag. Returning item to Walmart for a refund and replacing them on Amazon."
"I placed an order on Walmart. CA and the item was to come from this company. My parcel was apparently sent out on April 30th, but I still have not received it.
I contact Walmart about it, and they told me that I had to speak to this company directly. When I sent them an email I got a computer-generated response not even addressing the issue in the email. So I sent them a second email, and I got the exact same response as the first one.
This company clearly cannot be trusted.
I give them a -10 if it was possible"
"My order was unexpectedly cancelled 2 weeks after the order was placed. They "ran out of stock". You didn't know you didn't have enough stock when I placed the order 2 WEEKS ago?"
"I placed an order on April 21st. Without warning, I received an email on May 2nd stating that the product was no longer in stock. It's not rocket science. We live in a day and age where inventory is digitally catalogued. It's not like Bob has to drive to the warehouse to check the shelves. If the product is not available, then make sure it says that on the website BEFORE THE ORDER IS PLACED, not almost two weeks later. Competence is not too much to ask."
"I placed an order for toothpicks on Mar 25 with an expected delivery date of April 16. It is not April 23 and I still have not seen my order. You can't get through to anyone at Walmart without being on an endless holding pattern and to have them call back is a 4 day excursion.
WON'T EVER ORDER AGAIN!!!!!!"
"I placed an order Nov. 10. I received notice of shipment with expected delivery Nov. 26. Notice included tracking number. When I hadn't received the package a week later, I called and was told that my item was out of stock and that my credit card had been refunded Nov. 15 (prior to the shipping notice).
I was never notified of this and kept expecting delivery of a gift for my granddaughter, while there was no intention of it being shipped. I thought this was terrible, sloppy business practice. Now I think it was dishonest.
Should have read other reviews before ordering. Lesson learned. Yea Amazon!

"Shopped thru Google Shopping waiting over a wk to get order, (was charged on cr card for) only to now be told order was cancelled by Google (since there is NO PRODUCT IN STOCK TO SHIP OUT!), and now i have to wait another wk just to get refund back to my cr cd (meanwhile I lost my $10 credit code thru Google Shopping as well as it's costing me INTEREST on the TWO WKS this close to $100 charge was put on my cr. card...which of course NO ONE is going to compensate me for! AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS!!!!"
"Placed a 56.00 order. My card was charged, but the items were out of stock. This company charged my card before shipping, then I had to contact Google shopping to determine why the tracking number I was given indicated the order never shipped. Only then did I find out they were out of stock. No notice whatsoever! If they knew they were out of stock, why charge my credit card? Google shopping says they are referring my complaint to the "proper team." My advice to that team is to stop dealing with unethical companies. Doing so tarnishes you with the same brush. "
"I waited until September 5th (3 days after they said it’d arrive at Walmart for pick up which was 1 month) and contacted Walmart for assistance. I didn’t know they used third party sellers. Walmart said it’s not their problem and gave me this email:
****@****
This email is not listed on their website. His name is Daniel Moffitt (I found him on LinkedIn). On LinkedIn says he’s responsible for the shipping and customer service and it wasn’t until I told him I knew all that that he responded to me with UPS tracking and said he’d call UPS for me since there was no update beyond August 24th on their website.
I called UPS. They said when it reaches Canada they call the shipper and ask who to ship with from there.
I told Daniel all of this and said I demanded to know who he shipped with. He issued me a refund with no explanation.
I suggest do not shop through Walmart, do not shop direct home supplies, and if you need answers I’d use this email not the website (I got an automated response from the website email that they’re on vacation but Daniel is responsible for that department so you know they’re just passing you off) and don’t bother calling.
I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

"I ordered their products from Walmart.ca and they only responded to one email saying they'd look into the matter and ive never heard back and when i finally got my order its missing an item.
Walmart blames them and they aren't answering my emails.
I just want my **** white ink or my **** money back."
"I ordered Art Glitter Glue, waited weeks for the delivery. When it arrived I could not even get it out of the container - it looked just like a lump of rubber. I have received no response to either of the two emails sent.
Never, Never buy from this company. Service is a word they do not understand, and the product was rubbish I think because it was old stock and had dried out. (Sadly it is not possible to paste a photo in this review.)
Shame on you Direct Home Supplies.

"These people have a .co.uk domain to trade in the UK. They advertise next day dispatch. Next day, from the US! This means it won't only take weeks but I'll be hit for VAT by customs, plus an admin fee of more than the value of the order so I'll have to just ignore that and let them return it to the US.
I could have bought the product from a local shop, or even a local online supplier and received it when I needed it. Now I'm going to have to do just that and it's already too late. I've emailed them and had no reply and from what I see here, I won't be getting a refund anyway."
