"Placed order and shortly after I placed the order I received a call from a customer service representative. She informed me that one of the items I had ordered wasn't compatible with the other items. And said she would replace the item with a item that was compatible and it was about $20 cheaper. And I had ordered 8 of those items. So with that call she saved me $160 and the frustration of ordering the wrong item and having to return it."
