"Fixtures did not work with H track, even though customer service said they were compatible, or the build tolerances were off from that manufacture.

I measured the fixture contact spread and the track width between the Hot & Neutral copper rails, and found the fixture contacts to be too short in distance to make proper contact to the rails of the H-Track. I would not buy these fixtures!!
Other fixture brands worked fine in this installation. Hence, this points to the fixture as the culprit."
