"I ordered the Direct Lighting track system in a white color. Unfortunately the product is not really white. I emailed your customer service and they advised that it is on "off-white". I have to believe I am not the first customer to come across this issue. Your customer service did state that I could return the item but with the 10% restocking fee and postal charges I have decided to take the grief from my spouse rather than spend the money. I would recommend that you consider changing the words "White" on your website to "Off-White" or "Cream colored". We NEVER received any phone call to either of the (2) numbers provided to let us know that the address was incorrect. We have visual voicemail that records every voicemail message. We emailed and were very specific that we needed the order shipped so that we would receive it by the following Monday. I understand that we were in error in providing the wrong address. However, after we sent an email Monday stating that it was important to ship immediately you would have known by Monday that the address was wrong. Instead no one contacted us until Two days later, Wednesday at 7:40pm. Because you never bothered to call us our order did not ship and now we will have till three days after the required date. When you finally contact me Wednesday, I responded by email. Additionally, I called the next day. I did not receive a human so I left a message. NO response to either my email or my phone call. There was absolutely no reason for someone not to get in contact with me to let me know the shipping status of my order, especially when I clearly communicated the urgency of the order. We will not be doing business again as clearly customer service and communication are not part of your business philosophy. The response provided below by the seller in NOT accurate. I looked at our order and there was NEVER a "9275" number provided. BOTH numbers provided were correct and working. Second, NO message was ever left on the "9276" number. REGARDLESS, NO contact was ever made after I both emailed and called on that Thursday. And I know you had the correct number because I provided it once again by both methods. And to prove that you could get ahold of me, like you stated you contacted me on Sunday about shipping timeframes and I immediately responded. So this only demonstrates that I was responsive and you did have the ability to contact me."
