"This track-lighing fixture was rather difficult to install in my track. It was hard to push the connection box for this low-voltage fixture far enough for it to become parallel to the track and lock into place.
Don't know if it was an issue with the fixture or the track, but I have several other fixtures installed on the same track. After messing with the hot tab on the fixture for a time with needle-nose pliers, I managed to get the fixture to work, but it required significant messing and pushing."

"I ordered 3 pendant lights but received only 2 when the box arrived. I called customer service and was told to check the tracking number. I said I have the package - a light is missing. After being put on hold I was told that my order was fulfilled from 2 different warehouses and the other one was coming in 2 days. It would have been nice to know that in the beginning! I requested the tracking number for the second package to be sent to me via email only to be told that they sent it to me in the first place via email- which they did not. Just terrible customer service. The pendants however were what we wanted, but I wouldn't spend my money with them again."
