"Fedex damaged the merchandise and returned it to Direct Lighting, who sent out a replacement the next day. They did not, however, respond to my voicemail nor email asking what they planned to do and when. I did find out by again calling them. It remains to be seen how well I like the product.
The replacements arrived a day later. I bought mini track lighting and installed it. The setup is tiny and unobtrusive and works wonderfully. We did cut the track on site with a hacksaw and mounted it vertically on the wall. The spotlights produce a bright light that illuminates some artworks. It's a great product."
