"Products are in good/great overall condition. Price for quantity is a 5 star. The Only thing I did not like was that shipping cost me over 2xs the amount of what my winning bid amount was. Shipping tends to be a bit pricey.

"The 'reserve' auctions are worthless. The idea behind buying from an auction site is hoping to be in the right place at the right time and getting a good deal. Lots of other sellers have 'reserve' price auctions... and often the after-sale customer service is a LOT better!"
"This is my second order from Direct Liquidation. The first order I went and picked up myself. Everything was in really good shape with no damage. Lots of items have already sold. The only downfall, is that it took 6 days for the order to be ready for shipment/pick up. Other sites are usually ready in 3 days. Then I waited for like an hour and a half for them to pull the order once I was there, even though there are reserved time slots for pickup. You'd think they'd have the lots pulled already for the upcoming pickups. The product was good though and the price was right, so I can't complain too much. I'll continue to buy lots from Direct Liquidation. "

Site works very slow.
I have lost minimum 5 lots because of that.
I have lost LOTS; you have lost MONEY.
I have placed the bid 3 min before the auction ends, Site froze and I managed to open it on my iphone and I could not place a bid on it as well.
Another time I used brand new laptop and Internet explorer as I was advised by customer support. Lost the auction the same way.
Site freezes right before the end of the auction.
Site works better on GOOGLE CHROME not on Enternet Explore (Microsoft Edge)."
