Staff helpful and kind but communication is lacking.

"Ordered a rifle your website listed as in stock and will ship tomorrow. Placed order on a Monday, never got a tracking # or anything. I finally called Friday and was told you don’t have a tracking because it didn’t ship because we don’t have it. Why is it listed as in stock on your site? I was heading out on a camping trip and wanted to take it with me for the kids to shoot, I would have ordered it somewhere else if I knew it wasn’t in stock.
I get that mistakes happen but a phone call saying hey we know you ordered an in stock gun but it’s not. I could have ordered somewhere else the same day and had it in time. The plan was just to leave it backordered until it came in with no communication to the customer? Like I mentioned above when I called they were helpful and offered a refund. Just feel like I shouldn’t have to call and ask where my order is to find out there was a problem.

"A little disappointed that your company sent me the wrong magazine, after I sent you a reminder email that the state of Washington has the silly 10 round magazine law, and you sent me a 14 round magazine. So, now I can shoot the gun one round at a time.
