"well i am very disappionted,, i have not received anything that tells me my product was shipped, i ordered numerous parts that day , from many other people,and some were shipped via us post office mail,, i have reaceived everything but your parts,which were supposed to come fed ex!! the follow up after the order was placed, ie tracking number ,order info ect,,,,SUCKS!!! todays date is 3/26/2012 and this survey is the first e-mail beside the order confirmation on 3/18/12,, "
