"I ordered a "new pull" hard drive. Checking the SMART log, I saw it had 5500 hours on it, so I emailed them about it. They said it was a mistake, that 5500 hours should be "refurbished". They offered me one with 1600 hours, which they classified as "new pull". Service otherwise was pretty good. Just beware of their definition of "new pull"."

Stock quantity information is accurate.

I ordered a couple of factory-recertified Fujitsu SCSI hard drives. E-mails were sent to confirm order receipt, order processing, and order shipment. The drives were shipped the same day and arrived exactly two days later via FedEx, my favorite carrier. They were well packaged and in good condition.

My packing slip is concise and easy to read. They also packed in a friendly thank you letter.
