"Don't buy your tickets with them if you're in a hurry! I was in a big rush and bought my ticket around 40 minutes before the Tower of London was going to close. I was right beside it and had a printer at my disposal, but I was going to meet friends from Brazil who were already inside, so, making the most of the short time I had was an absolute priority. I really didn't appreciate paying for my ticket and only AFTER, receiving an e-mail stating that "tickets can take up to 30 min to be issued". WTF? If that's the case, say it before your customer pays, for God's sake!!!!!! So, your customer can make up his mind and maybe chose not to buy them cause it isn't worth it!!!! The same way that could never happen on a ticket booth, Discount-London cannot say "now that you've paid, you will wait for up to 30 min to get your tickets"! THIS NEEDS TO BE EXPLAINED AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF THE BOOKING PROCESS! OTHERWISE, YOU ARE DELIBERATELY DECEIVING YOUR CUSTOMER! Also: in that case, purchase needs to close at least 1h30 prior to the attraction's closure time. As soon as I read the e-mail talking about that 30-min surreal condition, I had to run straight to the Tower of London's box office, buy a regular ticket and ask Discount London for a refund. Their customer service obviously refused to do it, because "I still had a few minutes to visit the monument". Simply revolting! They are clearly trying to deceive you into spending your money no matter what and not giving it back to you, if you can't use your tickets.
