Customer service is usually also very good as well... when you can get to a person. Customer Service :
When you get to talk to a person = 5 Stars
When you leave a message and they do not comply with a simple request = 2 Stars (Only because a reply was actually received.)
We have a time zone difference and by the time I remember to call, they are closed or close to being closed. They don't take calls close to closing time apparently, (Within 30 minutes. So actual close time is 4:30 for phones.) I sat on hold for 15 minutes hoping to place an order only to have the clock tick past 5 pm their time so I KNEW they weren't going to answer. So, I emailed asking them to call me, they did email me, but would not call. The person instructed me to call them again, I was able to place the order but I'm still irritated that they could not do as I requested and reach out. Especially since I wasted time on multiple calls trying to spend our money with them. Just that small effort would have made a HUGE difference to me but, they were not willing to take it."
