"I ordered two items from Discount Favors. Both totaling over $1000. I paid for express production and shipping to receive both orders on time. One item was shipped perfectly with no issues. The other (most expensive item) was out of stock and no one notified me until two days after I ordered. After several calls and emails from customer service, it was established they were out of stock on ALL colors of this item and had no alternative solution for me other than a refund. This caused me to scramble to find another supplier and to pay EXTRA shipping and rush fees to receive my order on time. I wish that Discount Favors updated the inventory on their website to remove out of stock items to avoid problems like this!"
