"I had two orders due to color/font changes. I approved one order and then got the other order to approve and it was different. Come to find out that the one I approved was changed without my approval. I then informed them that I would approve the second order as long as it was the same as the first. they sent me the final of the first. I approved it, I then received another artwork for the second artwork for the second order and it was changed. Again I told them that I needed it the same as the first order, I have gone through the approval process 4 times to get the correct artwork. I approved it once again today. I need these koozies by next Tuesday. This is not the type of service that I would recommend to anyone."

"We had called to re-order bags from a previous conference. We submitted payment shortly after receiving the invoice via email and then approved the proof provided to us on Tuesday, October 21.
We advised that we would need the bags by Monday, October 27th and knew it was going to a rush order.
We did not hear back until FRIDAY, October 24th in the morning that you all had completely ran out of our type of bags. Even though the Rep offered an alternative (Large Conference Bags) - we said we would be ok but would need to check with other staff to approve. When we called back, the rep advised that they did not have that size bag and only had the smaller version of the bag.
We were very disappointed as we should have been notified well in advance of today (Friday) as we had requested the bags for Monday - These bags were for additional attendees we received and had to make alternative plans as you all could not deliver - we will have to search for another provider for future orders.
