"DO NOT pay for rush processing. I placed my order 8/9 with 1 day processing. It's now 8/16 and it has not shipped yet. I called to ask for a refund for the rush processing and customer service told me I'm getting what I paid for, that I have to wait for the artwork first. I approved the artwork 8/10. Last time I check 8/10 to 8/16 was four business days, not one. VERY poor service."
