"The printing on the cups looks great and I love that they are in plastic sleeves this time, which helps prevent dust from collecting on them while we have them in storage until our next event. I am, however, a little disappointed in the packaging this time around. We ordered 1,000 cups so they came in two shipments; the first box had 200 cups and a week and a half later we received the 2nd box that had the other 800 cups. Both boxes looked like they had been delivered by Ace Ventura; real flimsy, crinkled and tore up with a massive amount of tape keeping them in tact! Although we have gotten a good laugh out of it, we were a little nervous what kind of condition the cups would be in! So far, I think they're going to be ok, this just wasn't quite the experience we have come to expect. This is the first time we've had this issue though, so we will just chalk it up as a fluke deal!"
