The only fault I have is they offer no automatic renewals very prominently, but when you place your order there is a small box already checked that says they will automatically renew your magazines at the same great price. You have to uncheck this option. I've placed several orders with them and am not positive that I unchecked the box each time."

"I had ordered Good Housekeeping in February for 4 years. I
was to receive it between April 20,2023 and May 18, 2023.When I didn’t get Good Housekeeping after May 18,2023. I sent Discountmags.com an email with my order confirmation number, date I ordered and the dates I was to receive Good Housekeeping.
I was very surprised when I got an immediate reply to my email stating what they were going to do to rectify the situation. They were in touch with me all the way as they tried to find out from Good Housekeeping what happened. As it turned out, Good Housekeeping no longer did 4 years for the term and changed the circulation to 6 issues instead of 10 issues.
I was refunded for 2 years and given a code to get a magazine for free. I chose Bon Appetit .
I was pleasantly surprised how easy my dilemma was solved.
